UPDATE: patrick and fin are out of jail! friends were able to bail them out yesterday evening, and celebrate. they will have a second appearance before the judge today, july 14th, at 2:30pm at the king county jail. they will either be unconditionally released, or receive their charges. thanks to everyone who came to jail, stood up during their hearings, pitched in on their bail, and brought patrick and fin home!
two dear friends of the diy community, patrick and fin, were arrested late sunday night. they are being held in the jail downtown and have a hearing tomorrow, july 13th, at 2:30pm. the judge will decide if they can be released on bail.
UPDATE: we’re gathering outside the king county jail at 2pm! if you can, please come and support them – it’s important to show the judge that patrick & fin do have a community watching.
this page will be updated with information about their situation after the hearing.
(and remember that folks arrested at the april 9th march have another pre-trial hearing on monday, july 19th at 10am in room 1103. hopefully it will be their last!)
