This website exists to help promote and support the DIY community in Seattle by hosting a Community Calendar, a forum for discussion, provide information about projects, organizations, and events, and as a space to share the fruits of our labor and love.

Hello there,
I’m DIY booking my first west coast tour with my buddy Golden Arrow Holy Face in support of our new 7″. We’re a folk/americana twosome from Texas. Our influences include the Carter Family, Townes Van Zandt, Hank Williams, etc. We’ve also been compared to Jana Hunter and Will Oldham. We’ve played with bands as diverse as the Dirty Projectors, MV & EE, Benoit Pioulard, Indian Jewelry, and Magic Markers.
We’ll be in the Seattle area the last week in July through the first week of August. Is there anyone who’d be interested in helping us put a show together in Seattle?
